Boiler House: Building 10

The former Boiler House was purchased in December 2007.  This 55,000 square foot, three-story, Cream City brick building has been converted into office space.  The renovation of the former Boiler House was completed in November 2008.  New tenants of the Boiler House, Inland Companies, Albion Group Architects, AMB Development Group, The Planning Council for Health and Human Services, Inc., and Krukowski & Costello, S.C. are currently occupying their new office space.
