Boiler House: Building 10

The former Boiler House was purchased in December 2007.  This 55,000 square foot, three-story, Cream City brick building will be converted into office and retail space.  The renovation of the former Boiler House should be completed by December 2008.  It will house the first tenants of The Brewery.
