Research Lab: Building 14
The former Research Lab was purchased in March 2008. This 28,000 square foot, three-story, Cream City brick building has been converted into office space. The entire Research Lab is leased by Cardinal Stritch University and they moved portions of their School of Education and Leadership into this building. Cardinal Stritch University will utilize this downtown facility for additional programs which are a part of the evening curriculum conducted by its College of Business and Management. It will also welcome members of the Lifetime Learners program that offers evening classes for working adults. Initial occupancy began in May 2009.
The owners of the former Research Lab also purchased the adjacent former Paint Shop (Building 15) which is approximately 14,000 square feet. This building will also be converted into office space.
