Mill House: Building 21

The former Mill House was purchased in September 2011.  The Mill House is a 34,400 square foot, four-story, Cream City brick building with dramatic interior spaces including 30 foot floor to ceiling conditions with brick vaulted ceilings.  This building and the adjacent Brew House (Building 20) will be redeveloped into The Brewhouse Inn & Suites, a 90 room hotel with ground floor retail space.
