Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building

The former Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) has been sold.  This five-story, Cream City brick building is located on the east side of North 10th Street, just south of McKinley Avenue and is directly across the street from Zilber Park, an uniquely designed 10,000 square foot pocket park.  The Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) is being redeveloped and is the future home of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health.
