Keg House: Building 9

The former Keg House was purchased in June 2008.  This 140,000 square foot, three-story, Cream City brick building will be redeveloped into a 95-unit apartment building.  The development will be designed to serve local artist, entrepreneurs and other members of the "creative class" with live-work units and amenities such as a music studio, artists' workspaces and galleries, a business center, conferences rooms and a theater/presentation space.  This project is expected to be completed in spring 2009.
