Block One is the gateway parcel to The Brewery and is well positioned to serve office, residential and retail users.  The west to east views from this location overlooking Downtown Milwaukee are remarkable.  This entire block consists of 2.8 acres of vacant land.  This site is directly across North 9th Street and an 880 stall parking structure.  This parking structure opened for business in December 2009 and it can accommodate 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
