This site includes the historic Bottling Building (Building 29), located along West Highland Avenue between North 9th Street and North 10th Street.  The Bottling Building (Building 29) has 237,000 square feet of gross space organized over three floors. The first two levels contain 95,120 square feet each.  The third floor has two distinct sections, located on the east and west ends of the building, each section contains 23,000 square feet.

Block Three's historic Bottling Building (Building 29) is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of commercial uses.  A parking structure containing approximately 880 stalls and ground floor retail are scheduled to open in October 2009.  This structure will be easily accessible by the tenants and guests of the Bottling Building (Building 29).

As part of the historic Pabst Brewing Co., the Bottling Building (Building 29) has played an important role in Milwaukee's history since the late 19th century. The property offers a rare mix of historic character, high visibility and superb access.  Access to the property is excellent from the freeway, city street system and by public transportation. The Bottling Building (Building 29) is expected to qualify for federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits.  It is located in a new market tax credit eligible census tract.
