This site contains two historic buildings, a parking structure currently under construction and approximately 33,600 square feet of vacant land.

The Keg House (Building 9) has been sold and has been redeveloped into 95 residential apartment units.
  Now known as the Blue Ribbon Lofts, tenants started moving into their new homes in January 2009.  

The Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) is a five-story, Cream City brick building with approximately 32,400 square feet of usable space.  This building is currently under contract. 

An 880 stall parking structure with 8,000 square feet of ground level retail space opened for business in December 2009 on the corner North 9th Street and West Juneau Avenue.  This parking structure will be available to all tenants and customers of The Brewery.  Vacant land, totaling approximately 33,600 square feet, is available for development immediately west of the parking structure.
