This site contains two historic buildings, a parking structure currently under construction and approximately 28,000 square feet of vacant land.

The Keg House (Building 9) has been sold and is being redeveloped into 95 residential apartment units.  The Manufacturing & Cold Storage Building (Building 7) is a five-story, Cream City brick building with approximately 32,400 square feet of usable space.  

An approximately 880 stall parking structure with 8,000 square feet of ground level retail open in October 2009 on the corner North 9th Street and West Juneau Avenue.  This parking structure will be available to all tenants and customers of The Brewery.  Vacant land, totaling approximately 22,000 square feet, is available for development immediately west of the parking structure.
