This site contains three historic buildings: the First German Methodist Church (Building 23), the Malt Elevator (Building 24) and the Malt House (Building 25).
The historic First German Methodist Church (Building 23) contains two main levels of unique space. The lower level (3,396 square feet) housed the Forst Keller Restaurant and the upper level (2,736 square feet) was the former sanctuary space that was used as an employee assembly space. This unique structure offers a column free layout on the second level with 23'5" ceiling heights. The former choir loft on the second level has floor to ceiling heights of 12'9" and the ceiling heights on the first floor are 12'0". The is additional land totaling 2,600 square feet located immediately south of the First German Methodist Church (Building 23) which is included in the sale.
The Malt Elevator (Building 24) and the Malt House (Building 25) combined contains nearly 144,000 square feet of developable space. These historic buildings are ideal for a mixture of residential housing, retail and/or office space.
